The hotel is so run down and in major need of some tlc. We recieved a letter under our door saying somebody in our corridor was smoking but all we could smell was damp dog. Also there is mobile phone signal blocker coming from either the hotel or the pub next door. You can pay for the superfast 2mb Internet for 4 pound a day tho if you want to get robbed of your money even more. The hotel is definitely not worth the 90plus pound a night to stay. The staff are welcoming but the hotel not so much so

The Altrincham Premier Inn is a sensibly priced hotel compared to the hotel prices in Manchester City centre. The tram station to St.Peter's Square in the City is a 12minute walk & less than £5 fare.
The Inn is located adjacent to a pub with some locals in and doesn't feel like some Premier Inn or hotel bars. The room was a decent size with the expected comfortable bed, quilt and pillows. I paid in advance for the breakfast and this was good value for money. Definitely will use again.

Tired, needs a refresh. Paint peeling in the rooms, bulbs blown that haven?t been changed. Smell of cannabis in corridors. Had been cleaned to the best of its potential, but tired and a fair walk from anywhere worth going. Not even a bargain price. Won?t be staying again.

Use this Premier Inn regularly. The staff are very good and helpful (we usually pre-book s specific room).

Old fashioned pub with comfortable room. Excellent piping hot freshly cooked breakfast. Staff keen to go extra mile.

Food & drinks: Breakfast is nice but it's cooked to order - this isn't an unlimited breakfast where there is a buffet and you help yourself. Be aware and manage your breakfast expectations!

Old and outdated .It needs a revamp and good quality blackout curtains.
Rooms: Everything is outdated in the room. I did not enjoy my stay.
