Don?t even know that EVRI parcels at a drop off shop (as they are ) are under 15kgs NOT 10 kgs as I was ever so rudely told

Great experience as always at Nisa! I live local and love that i can easily go in and receive and return my evri parcels so quickly!!! I go in a few times a week to return parcels and never have any issues! The staff print out my barcodes and send the parcel off so efficiently! Kind staff and a great local shop!

Customer service is very poor!Rude staff and very poor customer service.Also watch out for the deals they plaster all over the store, when you get to the till and they don't honour them. Be careful and make sure you know how much you are paying before you go to the till.I have been overcharged 4 out the last 5 times I have visited here recently, I call them out at the till every time and tell them they should honour the deals that they promote!It really is shocking and its no way to treat the locals that keep these shops going!I won't be shopping here again.

Only now do I look at the reviews and issues people had dropping off parcels . If I'd have known I would steer clear! Everything that's been said I 100% agree with . Very dismissive and not willing to help or even attempt to help it's clearly to much effort for them , not as if they've anything else to do by the looks of it . Dropped parcels off elsewhere at coppice av with no issues at all.

The rudest staff and awful customer service. I wouldn't use this shop for anything other than picking up parcels and I now begrudge even that!!

This review is based on a recent visit. After experiencing disgraceful customer service I looked at some previous reviews. ?Rudest staff on the planet? one customer said. ?Vile customer service? another said. I couldn?t agree more. The attitude of the staff in this shop is abhorrent and they should not be running a local facility like this.
