Bless the one girl who was on her own to cover the counter, parcel collections, and dressing rooms in what was a hectic store. On the other hand, a different worker (bald male) sighed as I approached for help and said ?I?m off the clock?? ?you?ll have to find someone else?? an attitude like that especially given the circumstances is disgusting. Understaffed, clearly culture issues, and a really cramped upstairs men?s section which is limited. Avoid (and all the best for the future to the young lass!). Saturday 14th June 2025.

Avoid collecting parcels here! Had 3 parcels due to be collected, one only being there 1 day and the other 2 due there for 7 more days and they returned all my parcels!
Items were high in demand and are sold out with no more stock coming.
Ridiculous! Management have no explanation for it, no apology or anything!

The men's department was a massive disappointment, tiny, literally about a dozen pairs of trousers in total on the whole floor, and if my some miracle you found a style in your size you'd have to carry them downstairs to use the changing rooms.Gave 3 stars as I was collecting an order, and that came out super fast.

Open only for collecting orders due to COVID restrictions. They have sealed off the entrance with glass panes providing a collection point. Quite good safety measures!!

A pleasant Next Store in Altrincham's town centre, I called here to drop off a return for my friend. Due to UK government guidelines, they are only able to open for click and collect orders, and returns, they're doing this by serving people at the door with perspex screens, while this isn't the most comfortable or great experience, they do seem to be trying, although I wouldn't want to be spending a lot of time collecting an order in queues etc in the rain. They could have worked it out better for sure such as by opening a small area of the store to handle everything inside, but it's still better than staying closed. The store is a decent size, it certainly isn't bad for a small town, although I do significantly prefer their Manchester store which is much better. 3* - Pretty decent store, the staff seemed friendly enough. It does seem clean most of the time when I visit, before or after the epidemic.
