Ordered take away last night. Collection rather than delivery as it stays hotter that way.
Picked up at requested time and 4 minutes to get it home. The chips were soggy and cold, the rice was an insulting amount, the garlic bread was also surprisingly soggy and cold, the chicken was hot though and tasted good.
First time after many years of eating Nandos that I was actually disappointed I chose to get their food.
Reading others' reviews and it seems others have been equally disappointed lately too.

Had a meal there on the 2nd December food was lovely but the stand out for me and my friend Emma was a young girl called chloe who went out of her way to be helpful and friendly. Could not vault anything about out visit

First time at Nandos. So here goes. Welcomed in and given a table to sit at. Told what and how to order. The food was good and tasted nice enough although I felt a little expensive for what you get. Quite a few people in under 15 years of age, but they were well behaved. The staff, although pleasant some seemed to hang around, not particularly doing much whilst others were. I did have to ask for them to clearer the table after our meal and before we ate ice creams as the plates were left on our table for a good 10 mins. Even though staff walked past us and saw that we had finished and still didn't clear the table. Some staff just needed to be a bit more proactive. So a 4/5 from me.

Why do you always forget my sides!?!?!?... What is the pont of this meal with no sides? Come on Nandos, just check the order is correct will you. This is not the first time it has happened. Once (granted this was a delivery) all I was given was a box of peas! I have never been offered any compensation. Getting your money back is not good enough! You still have nothing to actually eat! Fuming and hangry.
