Never find staff looked around for 5 minutes was going to buy three pairs of trainers but no one about so left went to Sports direct 100% better there got 4 pairs of trainers and sports kit for my boys in and out in 40 minutes so save your self the time and hassle go to the shose shop opposite or sports direct

Was messed around with an online return by a new store manager. I went back in store and had the pleasure of dealing with Jodi who was brilliant and sorted out my issue straightaway!

Really uninterested staff who should be told to smile a little more \\u0026 help 'sell' their products!\\nWent in for trainers \\u0026 after viewing the sale section, had to sort myself out by finding another rack with my size on. The lad on the sales team wasn't the least bit interested in trying to help me purchase my size!\\nLad at pay desk had no customer skills either. Won't be returning

Tried to return an item and a girl in there i think the manger said send back to addidas but i got told i can return at shop but she was very rude and could tell she was in a mood and when i said look it says on web site i can return within 14 days and it was next day she said please leave shop so i said who do you think your talking too then she said leave the shop and dont come back never will go back in there again spent thousands in jd she shouldnt be working in there

Store timings not updated. Went today and reached just after 6:30 pm only to find it closed. Waste of a trip for driving 30 mins.
