Banked with these for years but counter service on Saturday has closed so can't pay a large cheque in without getting a tram into Manchester. This is a company that is supposedly making my life easier. Joke.

A very unpleasant experience, received the approach of "how not to resolve a customer inquiry" or "send them away asap".. the worst branch compared to the other banks I use.The front desk personnel (she/her) did not even know their own company regulations, and went through a door to check with someone (?) and only to come back and advise the same: "we can't".Is it a customer's job to teach them how to do their job? I didn't think so.I was highly frustrated with my experience from this lady on 23 dec 2022, and will be going back as soon as they re open, perhaps even to file a domestic abuse prosecution as per the Act of 2021 statutory guidance.A word of polite recommendation to these persons: At least try to be kind and reasonable to understand the customer, first. It is for free, and you would only benefit from this.Zero star rating.Go to other branches where possible.

Never opens on time. The machines inside the branch are always broken. Staff is always busy having coffee breaks instead of helping customers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

It?s the busiest branch but as soon as I get the appointment it?s so smooth and convenient. Shout out to Jayne Oliver the most sweet and accommodating attending our concern very helpful and relaxed, she even kept update with the process and replies quick to all my email concerns . ??

A shame you can?t give zero. Turn up 15 minutes before they shut but because ID verification takes 20 minutes (that no one mentioned previously) they refused. Such poor customer service! They have fewer branches further apart that close earlier. Close your account and find another bank!

I visited the bank today and the place is very walcome by staff and one of the member of staff was a special who helped me today. She was so helpful and very friendly and professional service .I thinking her name is Indrani.

Couldn?t help but notice the info on this banks cash dispenser and windows revealing that this is the Altrincham branch of a bank that is destroying our climate. Pumping billions of dollars into fossil fuels they are as guilty as Shell, BP and the rest of the fossil fuel industry. Time to switch !

Had very bad experience with Front desk Associate on Saturday, 7 Mar..I do not know her name but she was highly incompetent and didn't know how to handle/resolve customer query. If a customer is visiting a branch then it is expected that his/her query should be resolved at branch itself BUT she advised me to call customer care to resolve it after spending 5 mins on the computer. This was really not expected and very frustrated.Then I went inside and told my problem to another associate (I think his name was Mike ), he solved my problem in just 10 mins. Fantastic job. This is called Customer Service. 5 Start to him.I will give ZERO star to that Front Desk associate who claimed herself to be Manager. LoL

Very poor banking will block the accounts for no reasons and won?t help the customers to get unblocked calls wil be alwys busy shld wait more then 3hrs to talk to a agent tell the problem

I found them really responsive. I am able to open an account in just an hour. Matt is fantastic guy. Really happy with service at this branch.
