Horrible bouncers attacking young girls

Booked to go to house for my friend?s birthday on new year?s eve. Ended the night horribly as the female bouncer attacked me over an issue where my friend had lost her earring and they would not let her back in to look for it. Unprovoked aggression including pushing me and grabbing me by the neck. I have video evidence of her pushing me, and threatening to ?knock me out? for standing outside the venue. Horrible lady who clearly gets a kick out of causing harm to drunk vulnerable young women. Even one of the other bouncers agreed that she was horrible. I have attached a photo of her and will be filing a complaint directly. Security are meant to make you feel safe and protect you, not assault you! Disgusting.

Visited The House bar and restaurant yesterday my friend and I had a lovely meal .The waitress who served us don't know her name was a lovely bubbly young lady very polite friendly and chatty will visit again.

Went for an family 18th gathering on a Sunday. Been to a few parties here and the staff are amazing!!! The food was incredible, sliders, salads, chips etc and it was lovely and so tasty.
Only negative is the stairs so get to the loft. No lift or disabled access

Today I Did Enjoy A Very Good Burger And Chip's And Diet Coke Here At The House Kitchen & Bar On Goose Green in Altrincham Greater Manchester I Was Served By Hannah She Did Do A Very Good Job Here Bring It To Me To My Table An She is A Very Nice Girl And Very Nice Waitress Here As Very Good Staff And I Do Appreciate All Of The Very Nice Thing's She Said To Me Here Today Saying To Me Your Alrite Sweet,Here You Are Sweety And Here You Go Sweet Pea, Which She Made Me Feel Very Happy I Do Really Appreciate Her Saying Very Nice Thing's Like That To Me And I'll Definitely Be Coming Back Here Again To Eat Here Again in The Near Future ???

Planned a mother's day meal based on Googles and their own websites opening times and when I showed up at half 11 they were closed. I called and they said they werent opening until 4.

I have just returned from a night out with friends, I left early because the door man with the beard put me down because of my age, apparently only 12 year olds are welcome! So rude to a lady, then I went to the bathroom and he was trying to take my bottle of wine until I said you are a doorman you can?t drink at work can you?

Love this place usually a great crowd and regulars. Sometimes get the odd jumped up punter that try's to abuse bar and door staff and don't like it when they get removed. Other than that it's a great night out and your always well looked after and kept safe. Would recommend ?

Disgusting establishment!!I will never step foot in this place and the licence needs to be taken off them.The door staff are abusive to women physically and verbally and the management try and sell you drugs in the toilets avoid this place !
