I always struggle to find what I want. The staff are really lovely but there just aren't enough of them so the poor staff that are on duty are running from pillar to post trying to help everyone

Really lovely store ? always a pleasure to visit! The staff are friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything. The store itself is clean, well laid out, and always well-stocked with plenty of choice for whatever project you're working on. Easily one of the best Hobbycraft branches I?ve been to!

Great place for craft items
Easy parking and good disabled access.
Lift at the back of the shop for disabled access to the first floor.

Was there looking for a red marabou feather strip. They didn't have enough, so the lovely girl on the floor was able to check which store nearby had it. She made my daughter feel relaxed as she was starting to stress she would not get the feather strip. We used click and collect and got it from the other store.
