Rude staff, poor service, no one upstairs, messy. Spend more time chatting to each other than the customers. H and M do better! Treating customers this way seems to be consistent. When they close this store if ever you will be sat at home wondering why you are out of a job. Think!

Its an absoloutely awful store all around but the worst part about it is the tills. They only ever have 1 person on the tills and no one ever to assist on the self checkouts that is if they are working ever. The staff in this store really need to be trained more and be a bit friendlier to the customers i dont think ive ever had to queue for quite as long in any shop ever! Even if there is one person infront youre still queueing for a good 10 minutes. The sizes they have in stock are poor and the fitting rooms are always dirty. Staff arent friendly or helpful.

Hey H&M Alty managers! Yesterday Thur 22nd Aug a young assistant was very helpful as I was wanting to buy another pair or 2 of trousers which ive been wearing and like. They really tried hard to find what I wanted - and not grudgingly.
All i can remember is that they had cut off trousers, this was about 4.30pm. If u check the security footage, u can see how helpful they were. Extremely good service, excellent social skills; they'll go a long way if they want to. 10/10, well done to them. ??

Fitting rooms are usually really dirty. And the shop is closing fitting rooms at least 40 min before closer. Stuff is unfriendly.

I just want to say how lovely and helpful the people working in the store are. I was looking for an item which couldn?t be found but the shop assistant found a great alternative at a great price. I?m a very happy customer.
