First time costumer, recommended by a friend. Service was fantastic, pleasant environment, relaxed atmosphere. Well chuffed! Had my treatment, and a few hours later, someone complemented me on my eyebrows. (That wasn?t the only treatment I had) But yeah, must have shown in my face! A child upstairs was making that much noise that 15 minutes into my massage I had to ask the masseuse to pop upstairs to see if anything could be done as it was impossible to relax. The masseuse informed me she had just been about to go up. I asked the masseuse if it was a child of a customer but was told it was the child of the receptionist who was on her day off. I messaged the manager on Instagram afterwards who apologised and said she would look into it. I asked for a follow-up and never heard back. Avoid, unprofessional.

These guys are so fantastic and totally saved the day for my lovely sister in law on her wedding day. After being let down by a salon in Timperley Paint came to the rescue and took off my sister in laws eyelashes as they?d started falling out! They also didn?t charge us a penny and just wanted to help - can?t wait to show our thanks by booking in to have some treatments - thank you again for being so wonderful

Last October I went for a trim ("Just take off a nibble" was the exact phrase I used) and a dark caramel balayage on a dark base. My hair had not been coloured for almost a year and the last colour had been carried out at Paint. My hair was in very good condition. I booked with their supposed top colourist, Jennifer Tate, and used an example of her own work to demonstrate the colour I was looking for. So far, so good. I entered the salon with long brunette hair, all one length and well below my shoulders. I came out with short layers and heavily over-bleached hair. I had to go to another salon and pay for hair extensions until my hair had grown to look even half-way presentable. The manager, Lucy, conceded my experience had been terrible (I have photographic evidence so it was pretty difficult to disagree) and agreed to a refund. Despite numerous messages, she has now avoided all attempts at contact including a letter before action, so we're en-route to the Small Claims Court! Draw from this your own conclusions about the interview process for stylists and customer service offered by the management. Avoid at all costs would be my advice.EDIT: Despite providing proof from my bank that I have not been refunded, nothing has been done to resolve this.Services: Hairstyling

Awful!I?m naturally brunette and I was looking for a brunette balayage. I?d not had my hair dyed in over a year and hadn?t succumbed to any box dyes during lockdown. The salon was busy after reopening, so Jen was tending to several clients at the same time and unfortunately, paid very little attention when I showed images of what I wanted.My hair was bleached almost entirely and I left with white blonde hair, with bright orange, brassy tones throughout - the total opposite of the images I'd shown to Jen. I left the salon completely deflated, and my hair felt incredibly dry and fragile.PAINT offered another appointment to rectify. Embarrassingly this was with the same hairdresser. They used permanent dye over the top so it would appear brunette again. My hair did seem better to begin with... however, within a day or two it was very noticeably falling out and snapping off and continues to do so. I've since had to go to another salon to have my hair chopped to salvage what I have left. They advised it?ll take a long time to get it back into a relatively good condition. If what I was after initially wasn?t achievable, this should have discussed instead of compromising the condition completely. Should really take more care in understanding what a customer is after. Total waste of time (and a lot of money). Emails were totally ignored. I would not recommend!!Services: Hairstyling
