Went to store to buy a bike for my teenage son . Amazing staff , the young man who usually works on cars, that's your man for bike knowledge. Dom built my sons bike . Doubled checked everything was perfect for him. One issue I have with online , I was told to collect the bike from 13.00 anytime when infact its a 30 min time slot from which ever time you pick . Keep this in mind as they work on a schedule. Lovely staff all around and will definitely continue to buy from this particular store.

I went into altrincham branch to buy eldest grandson a new bike, young man who served me was polite, friendly and very helpful advising the best size of bike (my grandsons is very tall ,all legs)and didn't just show me top of the range either. Choice made and bike ordered. A Very Happy boy.

Unhelpful and dismissive service in the bike section from a staff member called Meg. Very disappointing. I spent thousands before on bikes, not going back again.

Visited the store and was met by Elaine who whent above and beyond with her positive attitude, patience and understanding.
I came away with the product I needed feeling happy about the whole process.

Halfords - Altrincham (DOM)
Purchased a bike for my son. Paid for it to be assembled and my wife collected it today. Also purchased mud guards and water bottle. Bike technician handed these to my wife and advised she followed the instructions. Shocking customer service. Next time we will not bother and just buy on-line. Maybe next time skip the gel extra for the tyres and focus on the c/s. Order Non 2230318442

Ordered a new roofbox key to be collected from this store. Found the member of staff on checkout very helpful and chatty despite being obviously busy with queries on the phone. She made the time to make me feel valued and seen. Thank you.

I attended Halfords Altrincham this Miranda and was helped by a very kind young man but then the store Manager Meg was the complete opposite. Extremely rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever, she was abrupt and unprofessional. I would not recommend the store to anyone else and will not be going there again myself.
She obviously requires customer service training.
