“Best hairdressers around!! Beth and all the staff are so good!! Definitely one of the most friendly and professional places!I’ve worked in hair aswell and it’s sad to see certain reviews from people that know nothing about hair. Seen one saying they were offered a free service because it didn’t turn out how they wanted but then expected a free service a month later after all the regrowth which made me laugh! If a guy had his haircut and went back a month later saying it wasn’t quite what he wanted, should he get it for free? If so then give me free haircuts for life, cause I’m using that excuse every time!The staff are always very accommodating! Beth always takes her time to do the best job she possibly can! I always feel like I’m getting the best possible service I can from her without a worry of being rushed which I understand hairdressers can be a lot of the time! 5 ⭐️”

“We enjoyed a wonderful afternoon tea at The Lowry Hotel recently. It was for a special reunion and everything was spot on, from the Front of House welcome by Chiara, who showed us where to head for and called a lift for us, to the bar staff and restaurant staff who served us with a smile. The patisserie was of a very high standard (the scones were a delight) and there was a good selection of sandwiches, tea and other cakes. It was a nice touch to offer the tea with champagne or gin as an optional extra. Our guest from America enjoyed a glass of Manchester Gin to complete the experience. Well done to to all.”

It was such a pleasant experience and relaxing!I am one of those who don’t always enjoy a haircut but the colour and cut Holly did was amazing and I love it so much, even took the time to talk me through the products being used in my hair etc.I cannot recommend Holly enough.”
