As a Landlord, I recently needed to rent out a property in Altrincham. I chose to use Gascoigne Halman and Chris and Katie were excellent. (Gascoigne Halman fees were very competitive too!). I found Chris to be very knowledgeable regarding advice on letting and advertising and I found Katie to be very efficient and helpful in finding suitable tenants for the property. Together, they are a very good professional team, always keepng me informed throughout in a timely manner, and finding me a very suitable tenant.

All the staff, but especially our sales representative Joanna was extremely helpful. She was very active in getting information from other parts of the chain and constantly keeping us in the loop. Would recommend her and the company any day. Managed to complete the deal in 2 months too!
