Callum was excellent. Super friendly, quick yet thorough, juggling training another staff member, upgrading my sim card and helping my find a solution for WiFi whilst I move address with a new dongle. Highly recommend ?

Aggressive staffs, poor services!!! Always short of staff. Carl is very rude and does not have a good understanding of what does customer service mean, so shocking, won?t recommend this place at all !!!

I just recently transferred my number from another carrier and the staff made sure that the transition was smooth. The staff members are extremely accommodating especially Nathan who solved all my queries in a jiffy. (P.S. excellent reception as well.)

This is the worst EE store I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Over the past year I have been there twice, first to upgrade my phone and then to switch my broadband to EE. Simple , straightforward transactions. Unfortunately the entire team in this store is simply incapable of executing the most basic of transactions without me having to go back and sort through the mess they create. This is my local EE store but I now drive 20 mins away to Sale if I need to visit EE. The staff are more interested in the ratings you will give them via text message the next day rather than actually doing their job well in the first place. An attitude of sign them up and deal with the details later is my repeated experience. Poorly trained, poorly managed with the problem solving ability of a peanut.

Waiting over an hour to talk to customer service advisor, wish someone told me I have to wait that long. Only two customers were in the shop when I walked in and two customer service advisors were in the shop, never thought I have to wait over an hour. Very poor customer service, that?s my last visit here. Disappointing. Wish I could give you 0 star rating but unfortunately just one star rating is lowest one.

Always helpful @ EE Altrincham. Guided me through various options for my new phone contract. Suggested which new phone might be best suited to my needs. Phone ordered, a Google Pixel 7A, delivered to the EE shop promptly, all my contacts, Apps etc moved over quickly. Camera capabilities are excellent. I'm enjoying getting to know what my phone can do. Thank you EE. Staff member Carl, I think I have his name right, was exceptional.

3:30pm and the Manchester Derby was kicking off. Walking past and so a promotion was interested in, decided not to go and give them my business because their employees were stood in front of their shop tv, watching the football and on their phones. Very unprofessional and gave off the vibe that they didn?t want to be there.
