My wife and daughter needed a lot of help with finding curtains to suit my daughter?s new apartment. Lorraine went above and beyond to help advise and even though the store was busy, her help and patience was exceptional. What an asset to Dunelm Altrincham she is! No point ordering click and collect. Staff have no idea what's going on and items aren't even ready to collect. Had to explain what I'd ordered for someone to go and find them in the warehouse. Get home to open the box and it's not even what I ordered! Complete incompetence - save your sanity!

I bought beddings today and paid more than what was indicated on the label. When I asked the cashier why, she said that was the price of the beddings online (which makes no sense) and was then rude to me.

Great shop always able to pick up bargains galore. Today got a 48" roller blind for £6.
Have used click and collect as well which is so easy.

Good selection of homeware items but store layout feels a bit cluttered. Click and collect is very disorganised, our items have never been ready in 2 hours and we never receive any notification that it's ready to be picked up. This has happened 2 out of 2 times we've ordered a click and collect at this store. This is is despite the items being readily available on the shop floor
