My wife and daughter needed a lot of help with finding curtains to suit my daughter’s new apartment. Lorraine went above and beyond to help advise and even though the store was busy, her help and patience was exceptional. What an asset to Dunelm Altrincham she is! No point ordering click and collect. Staff have no idea what's going on and items aren't even ready to collect. Had to explain what I'd ordered for someone to go and find them in the warehouse. Get home to open the box and it's not even what I ordered! Complete incompetence - save your sanity!
