Easy parking off peak, nice enough place can get quite busy at peak times? only gripe is the lack of tidying up done, trays left on tables etc, they could be a bit more efficient in that area, even at busy times take the time to clear tables and tidy round

Awful service this morning 1st September. I asked my son to get 3 drinks - his own chocolate ice drink which was fine, a watermelon smoothie and a frappe coffee. They provided a watermelon cooler and a hot coffee, nothing like what was ordered. I've effectively spent in excess of £10 on one drink!
Shocking lack of knowledge. Will not be using this shop again. At least in Altrincham when the watermelon smoothie was not available I was offered 2 alternatives. Feel I should be offered a refund for the whole disappointing experience.

Dropped my car at garage about a mile away and this was the nearest coffee shop. Staff were really helpful and efficient. Clean store with accessible access/parking, the parking is on the street but seemed to be spaces. Very busy store with mix of customers; bit too big and noisy if you're planning to work unless you have headphones. Toilets were clean. Coffee great.

Nice atmosphere , free car park near by . But the Cappuccino was very watery and the berry cooler had no ice in it and was just cold berry juice . For the price you expect everything to be spot on. It was hit today and the air con made huge difference
