Great customer service experience today with a staff member named (Ricky). He was very helpful and friendly, and they went above and beyond to serve my food/beverage efficiency whilst i had my hands full with a small child.

So, I enter, ready, after a long walk, to enjoy some nice coffee and maybe some food too. The queues are confusing but I find my way in and I am appalled to see such food with *flies* all over it. Is that a health and safety violation? Not just this, but there was a bit of a false advertising going on when something was advertised as being cheese and tomato in a bag when it was actually bread. I got to the area where I get my drink when I see that an employee can't even get a lid on a blender! They waste paper by printing receipts and throwing them away 5 seconds later, there are receipts all over the counters at the same time, and I was just shocked. No friendly service either, just a whole bunch of yelling. I take my drink and head out to sit on a calm chair when I suddenly sit down, feel something weird, and stand up to find chewing gum on my trousers!! EWWW!! Drink was good, marshmallows okay (I decided to try that instead of the horrendous, fly-covered food). Overall, pretty bad experience. May recommend, but only due to the drinks and not the overall quality of the area.

Food came relatively quick and the barista didn?t blend my boba this time! (A different Costa blended my boba so I had 1) The food was great, would recommend.

Was visiting Altrincham for a sporting event. I had time so went to the lovely town centre and Costa. The coffee was excellent and my toasted sandwich was cooked well. There is no clear way to queue so missed out a little on speed of being served, but the service itself was personable, friendly polite and efficient. The cafe itself feels like it could do with a bit of a spruce up but that didn't detract from a really pleasureable lunch in a Costa I hadn't previously visited.

Service today was wonderful.I did leave a review, and some pictures, about the dog hair on the sofa and the tables not being cleared after over an hour.As I got up to leave, a member of staff started clearing my table and cleaning the sofa as best he could.I thought I would speak to someone about it anyway.The supervisor was very attentive and was very apologetic, explaining that the dog was a service dog.I understood, anyway, and explained that I know they are incredibly busy with so many orders coming from different sources.I just wanted to highlight something that could possibly be improved.So much is put on staff at these kinds of places and my heart goes out to them.Parking: Number plate needs entering on the machine to get 3 hours free parking ?
