Bridgefords were really good at letting out my property with a very quick turnaround time but the service after that has been exceptionally poor: rarely anyone answers calls or responds to emails. I was charged double for the letting fee and yet with many emails and phones later this matter has not been resolved (close to a year now). I am looking to switch over to a smaller local agent but getting Bridgefords to transfer over the documentation is like getting blood out of a stone.

Brigdford is really good, Claire especially helped me the most when I was struggling. We?ve had a great experience every time with Brigdford and completely trust them.

The service Bridgfords?s team in Altrincham offered me was impeccable. Every one was great, specifically Sam, Tracey and Louisa were extremely supportive and provided fantastic customer service. Beware purchasing a property marketed by these 'estate agents'. REALLY dishonest and blame everyone else for their shortcomings. Would never buy a house again if they are involved. Terrible service.

Having just moved into a new rental in Wilmslow I have to highly recommend Lisa and Claire. From viewings to move in, nothing was too much trouble. They have helped me no end and even going above and beyond to make things happen. Lisa and Claire are highly organised and motivated individuals. They also clearly care and love their jobs. My experience as a private landlord using Bridgfords has been excellent. Claire and Lisa have been exceptional from start to finish and provided a better service than I even hoped for. I am a brand new landlord and was letting out my own home due to relocation. They helped me through each stage step by step and really made it a straightforward process, ensuring I was kept up to date at every stage and that the pressure was taken off.
