Premier garage all you need ?? ? ? ?? I would like to thank the staff for the service & hospitality I would like to add I gave 4 hour of my time picking Liter up close to the entrance & a close proximity to the runway were I filled 12 bags of Liter were the was thousands of peaces of Liter, this site is poorly maintained & with a close proximity to the runway needs to be addressed manyThanks , are customer education on responsible Liter management.????????? ??

Normally fine, but bought some pain killers got them home to find 4 missing out of them. Staff must be getting headaches!! Not ideal as they're not cheap.

30 minutes stopping, you have to run to fuel and do some shopping, that sign will keep cusomers out including us. Good job management this is how customer service is teached in schools.

NOT 24 hrs. Now not open from 3am to 4am when loads of taxi are working at airport, cant buy drinks, cant buy food, cant go toilets, terrible decision. Staff.in there but nit allowed to serve people, our fleet of taxis will be shopping eleswhere if these craxy rules carry on.

Until today when I was spoken rudely to by a young male member of staff, I have loved coming here, which I do all the time for petrol and food.At around 5 pm today, I stood where all the customers stand when waiting to be served. The girl cashier saw me but didn't acknowledge me at all. I waited for several minutes. The young male cashier then asked me if I wanted serving to which I replied yes I'm waiting to be served. He then pointed out that the queue started at the kiosk and that had been the case for the three years he had worked there. Very rude and uncalled for!! Another customer said to me outside that I should send in a complaint. I thought about it and was humiliated as I had been polite but the male assistant was confrontational. Until today, I would give a 5 star review but hope that he isn't there next time I'm in as he clearly lacks good breeding and was exceptionally rude The girl cashier was fine and apologised for keeping me waiting. The issue isn't about being kept waiting but humiliated when I had done nothing other than waiting patiently to be served.

This BP garage is a little hidden gem.M+S food and a brilliant takeaway coffee bar. All at reasonably prices.The quality of the drinks and snack food ranks well against the Costa next door.Oh and just need to add whoever does the recruitment and training is good at their job , The colleagues customer service is great , our boy is autistic and it is the only garage he wants to go to as they are really great with him. Never had a bad visit. Than you.

I visit this petrol station On regular occasionson this occasion i used the toilets and waited in a queue to purchase a coffee and so i was probably in the shop for around 15 minutes went back to my vehicle had my coffee and sandwich Read and sent a couple of emails so spent a total of 50 minutes in the car park and Received £100 pounds fine from met parking services i was under the impression that this place is a service station rest stop i work long hours always late at night like this occasion 03:47am i just think that £100 is a harsh penalty for someone who is using and supporting a business

Dear BP Airport CityI stopped here at about 7 45 am on 30th March for about 45 mins. It was misty and snowing and I had driven for about 2 hours before arriving ... So I wanted refreshments and toilet. I bought and consumed my refreshments on site but the toilets were out of action. I saw no notices restricting parking.Today I have received Parking Charge Notice from MET parking services - a bill for £ 100, or £ 60 if I pay quickly and admit guilt on grounds of contract breach.I regularly use our local BP station and shop ... But won't be any more.It's disgusting charging people like this.

Stopped here for petrol and a toilet and refreshment break, bought a meal deal with a drink which I consumed in my vehicle. I have now received a £60 parking fine for staying 41mins (apparently 30 mins is the maximum allowed, but I saw no signs to that effect). Suffice it to say that I won't be returning here or to any other BP garage

12 september around 10p.m the woman working there ignored my request. She started arguing with me for no reason and after this she called me a thief in front off people. This was not first time this person has mean and unprofessional behavior towards me.
