Dreadful service from The Pharmacy on 30/1/24
Stood at counter whilst Pharmacist didn?t acknowledge us and continued with whatever she was doing.Whilst I realise they have a job to do a simple ?Won?t be a moment ?would suffice.
When we did finally get served,may I add without a smile,
Part of my prescription was missing.When I raised this the reply was the computer must have made a mistake and misplaced said item.
My understanding is computers only do what they are programmed to do?
The Lady was very rude whilst dealing with us and offered no apology but stated ?We do thousands of prescriptions ?well YES it is a pharmacy!
Will be going back to my original Pharmacy,who have far better professional,caring and helpful staff.
And can turn around prescriptions in 24 hours and not 3-5 days Boots specifies for repeats.

If I could give 0 I would! They should just shut the store down, not fit for purpose. Empty, looks like it?s been robbed and nothing ever in. More importantly the staff rude, unhelpful and know nothing. They spend more time chatting to each other rather than helping customers. They love to point and say ? down there, or aisle over there? rather than actually taking the customer and assisting. They also like to hide and pretend to be filling the shelves, WITH WHAT!!! Don?t get me started on the Pharmacy!!! Just as bad, u helpful. Please check your prescription/ tablets before leaving and taking them. Due to the poor service and complacency mistakes are on the horizon and we do not want another ? It?s a Wonderful Life? scenario. If you have seen the movie you know what I mean . If you have not seen the movie ( shame on you)?, just joking but seriously amazing film, classic.

Absolutely shambolic service from the pharmacist there today. Came to collect a script for toothpaste, only to be told that the prescription is not legally complete. I have managed to prove that the prescription was legally complete, and the pharmacist continued to argue over it. Then she asked us to add in the date of birth to complete the prescription from her point of view, which is technically forging a prescription. Unprofessional service, wouldn?t go there again!!!

Dreadful service. 4 members of staff chatting at till area with another younger girl serving a lady with a very full basket. The group then moved to a till where they watched as a small amount of change was deposited. They saw me waiting (and the other customers behind) but we were ignored. The group then wandered off still chatting.
Not a positive customer experience. No wonder we're all buying stuff on line!

Filthy store; makeup products opened, tossed around, hairs and fingerprints on products, used tissues stuffed in displays, half of the products missing... Boots have absolutely zero standards and it?s the filthiest shop by far out of anywhere else in the retail park!

Open Sundays till 4.30 so went to get some strong ibuprofen from pharmacy where man standing there and kept saying closed - closes at 3 apparently. I said it wasn?t for a prescription but he just closed again.

I went into the Broadheath store this evening at 19.45 to purchase fragrance and instead witnessed mean-girl behaviour from a blonde haired female staff member in her forties chewing gum towards a customer. Horrendous customer service not worthy of one star.

Awful experience for my partner in Boots this evening. The blonde-haired staff member (white, in her forties) deliberately humiliated a customer she was serving for no reason at all in front of other customers. My partner asked for help with the fragrance section and was told that because it's ten minutes to closing time they can't help. Disgraceful.
