A complete con. They have 6 tils yet only man 3 forcing you to queue. When you get to the cashier and you till your shopping. Ask for a bag? Till 3 said we don't have small bags only the large reusable costing £2. What a con. I can understand climate change,yet b&m are using to ro profit from shoppers.£2??? A con.stay away from this shop it's morals are completely disgusting.use climate change to make a quick£2

My wife bought a plant that was almost dead. Took it back next day. Shop manager would not take it back and referred to customer service. That was a waste of time, unhelpful and suggested waiting till next year to see if plant recovers!. Took the matter to Tradiong Standards. Diverted to Citizen Advice who agreed B&M were in breach of the Goods Act. Shortly afterwards . B&M said they would pay up

A very convenient store for buying daily necessities, including household consumer goods and electrical appliances, with a supermarkets and large department stores. The staff were very friendly and courteous, highly recommended.
