food was great and served in nice large portions,nice and friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. service however was not great. waited for a long time for a bill and had to pay at the bar even while the carvery was somewhat empty.service was unsatisfactory and was extremely slow.

Service is slow and chaotic, drinks and non carvery food orders were wrong and had to be changed, the carvery servers were sullen, the carvery queue was ridiculously long and the turkey looked raw in places. My expectations weren't hugely high but this was much worse than I expected unfortunately.

I wanted to personally state how amazing and supportive Abdul was today. After ordering via a third party app the food that arrived was incorrect and missing. After speaking with Abdul he was understanding and caring. He gave me a solution to the issue and it was quickly rectified. He is an asset to the business thank you again!

There staff is very friendly especially Linda, Jazz, Abdu and conor and foods are lovely so I highly recommended.

We visited Worcester Park Carvery for lunch today ? 30 July - a 1pm booking; and just wanted to mention the super quality and variety of meats and vegetables offered. My personal favourite is always the vegetable bake ?. and I told the kitchen lead on the counter, theirs is absolutely The Best Bake !! Delicious ! the meats also were being carved beautifully and with care.

firstly, we were in an area which was the size of a large cupboard with another two tables Air conditioning was blasting over our heads but they apparently were unable to turn it off without affecting the whole restaurant, so food got cold very quickly then we had three flies crawling over our dinners which made us not want to continue eating it we ended up trapping flies and asking the waitress to remove them absolutely no concern by the waitress the whole thing was disgusting And nobody cared obviously, must be just the normal for them

i asked a empty plate, and without notice they charged me extra veg carvery. I can understand why they do, but it?s nice to confirm that before. Food is good and service is fine.

Fantastic carvery. I have been to Toby Carvery few times but tonight, the food was better than usual. Many thanks to Jazz, the kitchen manager.
