Lovely ambience. Very friendly and accommodating staff named Jenna. We enjoyed our brunch with our tourist friends from Canada. Highly recommended place that serves authentic English Breakfast.

The food was your standard Toby Carvery lunch. What made the experience worthwhile was our waitress, Karisma. She was incredibly warm and welcoming, I would return here just for the service.

AVOID THIS BRANCH FOR TOO GOOD TO GO! Use Ewell instead. Got there for pickup 8.50, starts at 8.45 and was told, alongside 4 other people that apparently their system has messed up and they didnt have our food, but they told us somehow a few others had managed to come get their bags. Essentially they didn't see how much food was left and instead of cancelling before anyone turned up, they just told us after making the effort to drive drive there. They didn't apologise to us they just lied. Defo avoid this branch. Use Ewell it's only a 5 min drive away from this one.

We attended on Boxing Day and it was lovely and quiet. The tables were dressed nicely and it had a real Christmas feel!Our waitress was just lovely, really great interpersonal skills and was happy to pass the time of day with us in a pleasant way.The Manager was his usual pleasant friendly self which is always very nice.The Chef serving the meats was also very pleasant and so kind as I just wanted tiny slithers of meat.Our whole experience was lovely and so much better than our last visit, when it took over 25 minutes to line up for food.I think having Christmas music would have been a nice touch in the background.Parking: Some days are better than others for parking. Sundays are bad.

Booked for Christmas Day lunch and paid the £10pp deposit on booking, nothing wrong with that. It?s standard practice in the industry. However it wasn?t clear anywhere throughout the booking process that we were then expected to pay for our whole meals prior to the day. It wasn?t until over a week into December that I got an email saying my payment was overdue. I have never ever been asked to pay in full for a meal prior to the event, it?s just not a good practice. Anyway, I did t want to let it ruin Christmas so I tried calling on many occasions to get payment sorted, no one answered so I left voicemails and no one got back to me. I eventually got through one day to speak to someone and they said to call back the next day after 5pm. I did this but got no answer again. A few days later you emailed me again saying if I didn?t pay by the next day my booking would be cancelled. I tried a few times again, eventually got through to someone and again was asked to call back the next day. I explained this was not possible as you had threatened to cancel my booking. Miraculously then the team member was able to take my payment over the phone. Although there was absolutely nothing wrong with the food and service on the day, the whole lead up to the event wasn?t pleasant at all.

If you are thinking about breakfast with Santa, don't bother!Booked a table for 10:30, wasn't seated until 10:40 and then was told at 10:55 breakfast was finishing and if we wanted to see Santa we would need to be quick as he's going home. Next to no food options and often running out with long lead times before being refilled. Very disappointed and will not be booking again!

We love a carvery and this place serves a good one. We will return, but would like the drink machine to be serviced/internally cleaned if possible.Tables could be bigger too as very cramped.However, the staff made up for those minor points, as always friendly and bring the joy back to the experience.Parking: We went on a quieter day.

This was my fourth visit and easily the worst. We were there just before noon and the place was deserted. That is, we were the first visitors. Serving did not start until 12:10 and even by then the pork was not available. Even though we were the 5th or 6th people being served, the vegetable were tepid at best. The cauliflower was cold.Although the place was empty, because there were two of us, we were seated at a cramped table for two. Initially right under the loud speaker. Even by the time we left there were empty tables. Even worse, a whole area of the restaurant was closed off.It seems the establishment is being run for the benefit of the employees and screw the customer. Well I will vote with my wallet. In a competitive business, this is a model in how to lose customers

Usual good food from the carvery. Waiting staff rushed off their feet but stayed smiling and polite. They could have done with someone to remove dirty plates and glasses from serving station.Parking: Found a space easily but lighting round pub itself inadequate.

During our first visit to this Toby Carvery, we were fortunate enough to have the pleasure of being assisted by a truly exceptional waitress Jenna who went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable.From the moment we sat down, it was clear that she had a genuine passion for ensuring her guests had an outstanding experience. She took the time to explain the process which greatly assisted us in making our selections.Her friendly demeanor and warm smile immediately put us at ease. It was evident that she genuinely cared about our satisfaction and was more than willing to accommodate any special requests we had.Her attentiveness was a perfect balance, and it was evident that she had a keen understanding of when to offer assistance and when to allow us to enjoy our meal in peace.She radiated positivity and created a welcoming atmosphere. It's rare to encounter someone who genuinely seems to love what they do, and it was evident that she takes great pride in providing exceptional service.In short, our experience at this Toby Carvery was elevated thanks to the outstanding service provided by Jenna, an exceptional waitress. She set a high standard for service, and we look forward to returning to the Tobys knowing that we'll be in excellent hands!

Apart from the server who forgot our cups it was amazing, king size full carvery. Got lucky with fresh meat just put out as we arrived, veg was nicely cooked not mush, potatoes were amazing with choice of plain and glazed. At the time guy in front stole last of the mint sauce but server did say they're just getting some but I passed the wait as wanted to enjoy the hot food. Server told us that there was no full fat drinks only diet, went up to the machine after waiting 15 mins half way through our meal to get our cups to find there is full fat. Parking was usual busy but spaces around just wish people would park in their space and not over the lines so I was sure to park in the tight space in our 4x4. Overall if it wasn't for the stressed out waitress it would have been perfect but my review is based on the food as service is what you expect from a carvery doesn't mean it couldn't be better just means it's never changed so at least its consistent service you get.Parking: Plenty of spaces as long as people can park properly.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly as always, the carvery is a family place without side space for them.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy slow slopping ramps, reasonabley gripped but not no slip as its slabs at this location. Better than cobbles but not as good as having grip strips.

The staff made our visit 5 stars. We didn?t book, but they kindly went above and beyond to find a seat for us. The roasties were excellent, lots of tasty choices, will be back again.
