We had a wonderful birthday party here for our daughter last week! Everything was perfect ! All the staff were incredibly nice and helpful, and the food was amazing. A special thank you to Amelia for leading the party with such energy and care! All the kids and parents had a fantastic time. We truly appreciate it!

Indifferent service from the start. App didn't work properly within the branch. Agreed to a deal with the waiting staff but on leaving this staff member had gone off shift. New staff and manager didn't honour our deal. The deals are so complex that the staff cannot understand them.
Manager and waiting staff member proceeded to argue with us about the bill and their attitude left much to be desired. Accused of rudeness when the only rudeness came from them!
Won't be going there again!

We hired Pizza Express Worcester Park for our post wedding lunch in May 2025. Jaymin and his team were professional and super helpful with the booking process and requirements we had for our guests. Everyone had a really great time and the food was great! We highly recommend for private events and cannot thank the team at Worcester Park enough for making our special day so memorable!

My girlfriend and I had another lovely meal here the other night. We eat regularly at this PE and the staff are fantastic. The food is always cooked well, and to our preferences, and the staff go above and beyond to make us feel welcome and enjoy our meal!

I ordered via the app for 4 pizzas for a party. They use uber to deliver your food. Here is the catch? if there is an issue with the food you can email them which can take up to 10 days to get a response. I telephoned the company and they informed me I have to reach out to the customer services via the app which o have done
My food arrived cold and the toppings off the pizza but nothing can be done in the meantime until I get a response most likely in 10 days. In the meantime I have my daughter?s 16th party with kids hoping to eat and after spending £62 I cannot afford to spend another or risk the same thing happening! This is a joke. Never will I order from them

Stunning restaurant big up all the team and the hospitality. I felt so welcome and the food was delicious due to the chef Aya. I think a lovely blonde lady called abbi also served me. But in general the vibes were 10/10. I go to pizza expresses often but this one in south is show stopping and a must visit. Defo returning
