Papa John's pizza is the worst pizza I've had. I left a review on another site, and I'm going to leave one here also. As their customer service in ALL sites is shocking. Just read the reviews. Offering a replacement but on another night, when they call up for the replacement, they only give 1 pizza rather than the 4 that was ordered...
I'd like to hear from HO about these problems....

Noticed a couple of times now that they are very stingy with the toppings. They seem to just put the bare minimum cheese and tomato on to be able to call it a pizza. The crust was about two inches wide as well where they hadn?t put enough cheese and tomato on. Would only cost a few more pence to properly load the pizzz up so it is a pizza rather than a dry thin affair. Dominos don?t seem to have this issue.

It took nearly two hours to deliver and the shop kept saying it?s on the way then wouldn?t pick up the phone when I chased up again. The pizza arrived in a soaked through wet box because of the rain and the pizza was soggy and out of shape that I had thrown it in the bin!

Takes over an hour for delivery on a week night.
Delivery costs £3.
Staff are unhelpful and rude.
Tracker is not accurate, saying the order is in its ways when it's not even been put in the oven yet.
Stick with domino's.

Delivery is unacceptable. I have just received my order and HOUR late, and to make things worse, they have only HALF filled the box for the side order. The other Papa John's in the area are quite good, but I shall be making a note to never order from the Worcester Park branch again.

Poor poor service and pizza. Pizza came with no base sauce. Called them but only to be told they remember making it and it?s fine. Said i still have the pizza and they can come and check if they don?t believe me. The staff got annoyed and said they know what goes in. So i said i can send them photo or they can come check. He said he?ll send a delivery driver. No one came.

I had a bad experience with Papa Johns from Worcester Park with bee sting. I had soon an experience experience ( yeah, double experience) with same bee sting on the land, even at home . Wasn't something new for me, happened scnd time . Now,our bee ? it's an usually, she is friendly with my body. I hope. PS : Doesn't exist this pizza ? Bee Sting, only on the paper.

Terrible, do not order from here. Did't deliver for an hour and a half so had to go to store where it wasn't even being cooked yet.
