Unbelievable. I asked if the iced latte had any syrup or added sugar, and they said no, it's a plain iced latte. What a shock when I tried it, it was so sweet. I am not sure what they put in, but it's not a plain ice latte, and they should ensure people are aware of it, as they could send someone to the hospital.

All table dirty, especially at night, I asked for clean one as I come with 2 babies ?the lady came to clean with a dirty cloth making it more dirty. No way she?s was the manager. Mc Donald is not able

Ordered a McFlurry at the drive thru, was given a half melted ice cream that had clearly been sitting on the side for some time. Went in to get a fresh one and the staff were refusing to change an incorrect wrap for a schoolgirl!! She asked very politely and explained they gave her the wrong one but the manager proceeded to tell her they can?t change it and that she?ll be wasting it if she doesn?t take it. I stepped in and said that they should really just give her the correct food and they agreed in the end to change it , but not before her showing very visible signs of being put out by it all. It shouldn?t have taken so much effort to get basic customer service.

They made my burger with the least amount of care. They just threw the ingredients in a box. It was not appetising. It looked like dog food.

Not very good. Says open 24 hours on the website and all around the location but when I arrived somehow they are shut. Not very good for somewhere that?s meant to be open 24 hours.
