Awful experience this morning. Went there for some hot food. Ordered pasties but they were cold. The guy who was just working and no proper customer service said can?t warm them unfortunately we have to eat them cold. I should have left it there but then didn?t want to waste food and ate cold felt sick after eating cold. Two minutes later when he got some freshly baked out of oven, I asked him why he didn?t ask us to wait for two minutes if we really want to eat hot ones. He said we can eat hot ones now. Just imagine we just finished the cold one and now he wants to buy another hot ones. Absolutely idiotic. Would never recommend to go to Greggs and would never visit again.

Went to get three bacon rolls as we had a voucher. The lady taking the order was not impressed we had a voucher and when I asked for no butter she was further complaining under her breath. She was extremely rude and will not be going here again.

Very rude lady working today in this branch. I shop at Greggs a couple times a week and I?ve always had a good experience in other branches. Spoken to very rudely as I tried to claim my O2 Priority roll.

Great place to go to for a snack. I have always been a fan. This particular shop does not keep the full variety of sandwiches that some the bigger ones have though which is a real shame.

Would not even give it one star if that was an option. Bad customer service and since when has Greggs become a cold counter service? Is not the whole point of getting pasties and such is that it is served hot! That is what customers are paying for, not cold food! Absolutely ridiculous. They need to state publicly in their shop they do not sell hot food anymore.
