This is the second time I bought a coffee made by the same young man, and I am certain now that he may need re-training on how to make cappuccinos. The coffee was burned both times and also tasted metallic.

Came in with children during the summer holidays. 3 toasted sandwiches, 1 pistachio cookie (delicious), 2 frappes, and an iced Spanish latte. Not too busy and staff were very friendly. Probably spent more than I'd have wanted to (£32 for the food and drinks), but thats because I don't like spending money!

A convenient Costa on the west side of Central Road (the other chains Caffe Nero and Starbucks are on the other quieter east side).
Quick service, but they had run out of cake at lunch time today, so only had various slices and muffins left.

My local Costa, preferred to the Cafe Nero and Starbucks both within 100yds, mainly because I started as soon as Costa opened and I?m used to the taste. Apparently their flat white is the strongest on the High Street. It does me!
Parking: Parking for two hours free in the Waitrose Car park 50yds away.

The staff are amazing: so lovely, patient and careful when preparing orders and serving customers, and overall this cafe is a very clean and well-maintained space. I really recommend if you are around in Worcester Park.

The service and drink were both good, aside from some of the tables looking like they needed cleaning. However, I was informed that the plug sockets were not working at the time due to a problem, so I was unable to plug in my laptop while visiting the branch.

Lovely clean shop, happy smiley staff, they are very welcoming and always put the customer first, the manager is always smiling too and very charming. The best coffee and coffee bar in W. Park.
