Don't take amazon returns there, they never take it. Despite Amazon putting them as locker for returns.

DO NOT DO YOUR AMAZON RETURNS HERE
They won?t accept it. They make up the hours they accept parcels which contradicts what it says on your Amazon return portal. It?s happened 5 times now and to other customers whilst I was there. There also really rude and assy about taking Amazon returns so I?ve put in a formal complaint to Amazon to get them removed now, as they?re not providing Amazon?s service.

You guys shouldn?t hire people who don?t know they are not in them country to judge people the way they dress , I was in your petrol station last night and I had a very bad experience, I went to buy Imodium and I was going to a party with a short dress and long coat , they guy at the till was Bengali and he asked me how I will go to the job if I am taking Imodium , first time I didn?t realise what he was trying to say and he was laughing and kept asking stupid question, where I am working and where I am going , I felt harassed, just because I was wearing a short dress the guy made me feel so sooo uncomfortable and this kind of people should t work with public if they are judging by the way people dress just because in them country people are covered , we are in a free country here !

Disgusting customer service!
Went here at 22.55 door was locked so used the night shutter, asked to buy and drink and was told no I wasn't allowed nothing from the shop they was only selling cigarettes and fuel!! I then asked why and she turned around and ignored me!
For medical reasons I needed a drink!
As I can see from previous reviews this lady has also been rude too others! I would avoid this shop if I was you!

The only reason I have given this one star is due to there being no other alternative.
Imagine asking a question about a "Return" and then getting a piece of paper shoved in your face with times. Just because you were in the middle of a phone call. Then goes back to her phone call without missing a beat. Sorry for disturbing you.
The disrespect from a customer service assistant about the service YOU choose to offer is outrageous. As I can see from previous reviews, this is actually the norm here.
I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Definitely won't be purchasing fuel from here either.

The next time they tried to refuse the parcel due its size so I needed to repackage it (they didn?t suggest this solution, just seemed like they wanted me out the shop despite driving out of my way to get there & this is a service they are supposed to perform!). Worst of all, Amazon haven?t even received the parcel so now I need to argue for a refund. Just avoid.

Went here to return Amazon parcel and got spoken to very rudely by a member of staff called Ramesh. I can see from Google reviews that this is a regular occurrence. I work in the public sector and would not dream of speaking to customers in the manner I got spoken to. Some disciplinary action needs to be made against this member of staff. Will most certainly not be returning

Do not bring your Amazon goods there for return the man is rude and makes you wait until the shop is empty if other customers are in the shop before serving you.
