Best service EVER!! Came in to purchase cooker hood and wasn?t sure which parts I needed. The experience Duty manager and the very experienced plumber went out of their way to help me. I was relieved as it was a real headache working it out.BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Thanks again guy!!

The manager was very rude. I explained what happened but he kept saying it was impossible which effectively calling me a liar. He kept trying to put all of the blame on me. The attitude was unacceptable. I felt like I needed a lawyer present for legal advices. At least the problem got dealt with in the end. But his rude attitude put me in a bad mood for the rest of the day. Definitely never coming back to this branch ever again.
