The manager was very rude. I explained what happened but he kept saying it was impossible which effectively calling me a liar. He kept trying to put all of the blame on me. The attitude was unacceptable. I felt like I needed a lawyer present for legal advices. At least the problem got dealt with in the end. But his rude attitude put me in a bad mood for the rest of the day. Definitely never coming back to this branch ever again.

Staff are not efficient and some sort of dealing is happening.Seen every day people arguing that customers are informing that product are being collected . In fact the product being transferring to different customers. I am sure this branch has to be monitored by head office .Please do take care of your receipt and check the product .
