Atrocious customer service

Yet another 15 minutes of my time wasted by the post master faffing about endlessly while people walk out of the shop because he?s so incompetent. These people really shouldn?t be running the post office..Dreadful service. Utterly incompetent. No sense of urgency to serve people whatsoever. Post mistress and her husband both spend forever faffing around and keeping people waiting ridiculous amounts of time. She in particular is constantly distracted, doesn't listen, always gives the wrong postage because she isn't concentrating and faffs around ridiculously. Her husband then has to go through the whole thing again correcting her mistakes. I've lost count how many times I've seen people walk out. These people really shouldn't be running a post office.

Very nasty experience there . No dogs allowed?.I hadn?t seen the sign, but dog was in my arms. Customer before me had been spoken to very aggressively regarding his dog?.he?d had to go and leave her in the next door shop. Luckily a customer took mine outside and held her. The lady behind the counter at front of shop was very helpful, the man was vile, very aggressive, absolutely NO customer service skills and no idea how to speak to people?..very nasty man. I understand his point but disgusting way to speak to customers . I thought there was going to be a physical fight between him and the customer before me. I will not use this place again .

Very slow staff, the post office at the back is always closed, I have witnessed the man overcharge elderly people for postage (special delivery) without even giving them a different option (twice now).
