I am extremely unhappy with Pizza Hut.I ordered 2 beyond meat pizzas as I don?t eat meat and haven?t in 10 years.The first 2 that came 1 had pepperoni which I sent back and the other I believed to be the beyond meat as I called up. I ate the whole pizza the second one came which we came to realise was completely different to the one before once I called up I found I had been given real meat on the pizza and the staff I was talking to tried blaming me that the order did not make sense even though I made 0 changes and the order said (beyond meat Italian sausage supreme (V) ) as on their menu there was not even an apology I will never be eating there again.Vegetarian options: Do not order vegetarian option I was wrongly given real meat !!

Amazing staff, always listen to very finite details. They cover all the allergies and they listen really really well. Pizzas are great hot excellent Customer Service from Bilal. Proper amazing.

Why there is no 0 stars for service? Pizza was just OK, dough was too thick and not soft at all. Ordered as delivery, why you guys asking for door number if your couriers calling and asking to go meet them on the road?. Disappointment of service

Been a few times recently, good quick and friendly service from shift manager Muhammad Bilal. Meaty One pizza with stuffed crust is my fave, cooked well and to standard. Been using the Woodford outlet for many decades, and they really seem to be on point now. ??

Muhammad Bilal was the guy that served me on two occasions and I just had to get in touch and Keane a review about him.His Customer Service was fantastic on both occasions and he really couldn?t do enough for me? he was a pleasure to talk with and was the reason that I came back the second night.Muhammad is a great member of staff and a real asset to Pizza Hut as I say he was why I shopped there 2 nights Bach to back.I am referring ti the Woodford Green branch.Kind RegardsRoisin Guinan

Your pizzahut shift manager Muhammad Bilal is so nice guy. His behaviour to deal with the customer is so nice and he is friendly as well. He makes pizza very well. I enjoyed the food for the pizzahut everytime.
