Staff were a bit miserable . Busy for a Sunday which is normal. Doesn?t make for a good atmosphere when staff are like that

Generally a nice store, I have been visiting for years.
Saturday's crew need a bit of supervision and training, as they lack confidence and attention to detail. I?ve lost count how many times they mid hear me or forget things- like chocolate sprinkles to promotional drinks.
Plus tiding up is often very slow, that?s even in the whiter parts of their day.
It seems the two male staff are the least knowledgeable in customer service etc
Overall, it?s not as efficient on Saturdays as it used to be.
