Did a click and collect order which wasn't ready when I got there because I think they'd missed it at a very busy time just before Christmas. Not great, but they handled it well. The manager ( I think ) did a great job of apologizing and sorting it out there and then. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how they sort them out and he did great on this occasion.Seemed a very nice well stocked branch too even just before Xmas.

it's quite a small supermarket and therefore product offerings are limited, but it's adequate for basic food shopping needs and conveniently located as a local shop in a residential neighbourhood. If you need more than that, or want to do a big shop, then a bigger store with greater variety may be more appropriate.Due to its small size and narrow aisles, social distancing in the Covid era is difficult/impossible and not really enforced by the store management. That said, I have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly....

In terms of a mini/local supermarket, this is fairly average. The aisles are narrow and dont easily allow for people to pass each other. Prices are the usual Co-op, so slightly higher than other supermarkets. There is a small car park to the rear of the shop, but there is no disabled parking. Parking to the front is permitted so will need a ticket to stay. There is a cashpoint on site.
