Beware of hidden price increases! Cleaned the car well but added an extra 60% to the price at the end, even though the price had been agreed at the start, because they had to "hoover lots". I feel scammed to be honest.

I just bought a second hand car which was covered in dog hair and grime (I bought it at night and couldn't see the extent of it). I paid for the full monty clean at Waves and it looks brand new. They haven't missed a spot and I don't think that car had ever been cleaned.

Took my coupe for a basic wash for £13 and paid an extra £5 for wax. I went into the store after they had washed the car and managed to buy three items and be back outside and in that time they has supposedly dried the car applied gloss. I found lots of marks on the car where they hadn?t dried the car properly let alone applied wax. Save yourself £18 and do it yourself, these guys don?t careService: Polishing

I had a Platinum Wash, which at £50 was rather pricey, but my car needed it today.Their outside wash is fairly standard, but it's the inside cleaning that I really needed, having used the car recently to transport my dogs, my muddy dogs, who despite my load area and seat covers, left an awful mess.Thankfully, the team at the car wash did a sterling job, so the steep price was just acceptable.

I would give 0 stars, after paying 30 for gold and another 30 on top for some plastic polish inside they didn?t even hoover the car properly the mats not cleaned, car outside left dirty, i had the worst experience today for this money you should give at least a good clean. And it took them 15 min probably, don?t recommend going to woodfort tesco waves

Never again!I won't complain about the bad quality, but those guys managed to damage all the plastic elements on my car ,using a very aggressive stuff.After I asked what is happening the guy said " it's plastic" and walked away .
