I very dislike the sevice a made new contrac to be able to travel with out problem insted my phone was immedialy block no able to call receive the service said horrible is nothing i heve been from long time thann have advandege i receive disavandge to stay and update better contract how can be possibile the custumer service keeping in like for hours and was very bad to give me a support and I still very unhappy to give me a good advice for a good paket or promotion available the max of the charge to used interne 20 a week i am not happy and I would like an investito open to make better service

I bought a new Samsung S25 from Vodafone, but needs to transfer all my informations to the new phone and went to Vodafone office at Wood Green do know the staff's treated me very well, mostly Mr sonny the customer service staff he was too nice he solve the issue. Well done ?

Sonny fixed my mobile banking in less than an hour. I waited more than a month but my bank wasnt helping. God bless him for being patient. He is the best in Vodafone.

Came in to store two to upgrade my phone from iPhone 14pro to Samsung s25 with previous attempts no one was successful but this time i met a friendly face named Sonny wonderful personality did the job!!! Iam ever so grateful no one even youtube or EE store was able to succeed but only Vodaphone Woodgreen store!! If you ever need technical help approach this branch. Thank you Sonny for helping me it was a gift of a phone from my daughter one i can finally use after waiting 3months. Even the branch manager Maria helped as i was in the branch for 4hours thank you for allowing me to be able to finally use my new phone.

I kept calling Vodafone customer service many times, but they didn?t resolve my problem at all and left me disappointed. So I went to the Wood Green branch, where Mr Sonny sorted everything out perfectly. He helped me a lot. Mr Sonny is professional ? I truly appreciate his patience and complete professionalism in customer services

An ugly experience where the children were involved they were with me in the store. The review is for the Wood Green Store and the person called in ?charge? Marija has no communication skills even less customer service skills and is a bad example for her colleagues. Instead of talking to me to find solutions for my problem, she was turning her head and her back didn't want to talk to me. Insisted she call the security guy makes me feel like a criminal and my children were Shaking next to me. I have never experienced such a thing in my life and I could not believe that happened in one of the Vodafone stores. I will never go back and hope she will deal with the consequences.

One young slim lady scammed me when I made my Internet payment. At first I even thought that it was a system error or something like that, but she didn't give me receipt and after long time trying to get my money back she told me that she doesn't remember me. Summers everywhere and we should be vigilant.
