I was shopping in the makeup section today and the lady who gives out baskets and wipes initially told me not to open products which are not testers (which i did not in the first place she kept looking over at me) and then i went to the lip liners WHICH DID HAVE TESTERS and was testing them and she came upto me again and said it and it really annoyed me! was not letting me shop in peace and onto be for using the testers!

When I was doing my shopping earlier on today, it would?ve been about 730 8 o?clock. A woman was stood shouting at the door because she had been accused of stealing. This lady was a woman of colour and it?s not the first time that the security guard has stopped somebody and it?s not the first time I?ve been in there while someone has been accused of stealing that is a person of colour. Later on After the lady had left one of the members of staff and the security guard arrested this smirking and said that she didn?t steal anything. So they knew full well that she didn?t steal anything and they chose to accuse her in front of everyone anyway. As I?ve already said this is not the first time that this has happened there have been three occasions where I have witnessed the same security guard accusing somebody who is of a different race of stealing. This level of racism is absolutely ridiculous and it?s such a shame that we have it in this country please either fire security guard or train him in the ways of human rights and how not to be racist.

In this case I would have so wished that 0 star rated would exist. The staff in this store is very rude, unprofessional and zero customer service.. I've been treated like a thief only because you are looking at the lid of and eyeliner.
I will never in my life step inside this store anymore.

Rudest customer service ever!!! I hope someone with a high position could see every review and have a chat with the assistants because this is unacceptable of how they treat customers.

I really don?t want to be rude but the staff treated me very wrongly and accused of ?fighting? when I was simply finding solutions to the so-called ?problem?. I?m extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with this customer service as I felt as I was attacked for literally no reason. Also I was only talking to the cashier and for no reason more members of staff spoke over me (especially the blond worker) and said they were recording, and there was a pharmacy across. If I had pulled out my phone and started recording god knows what would?ve happend!!!!!!! Just because I placed my item in my friends bag that doesn?t mean I?m committing something bad??? I?m a completely a different customer with a different credit card. SO DISSATISFIED. WOOD GREEN CAN DO BETTER !!!!

Kind staff member who showed me all the perfumes I wanted to check out. Not 5 because some of the good perfumes did not have tester.

Shamshad was completely rude to me I kindly asked her to remove two teams from my bill before I had checked out and said that I needed to make up my mind. I said to her I didn?t think it was that big of a deal (considering it literally took her two seconds to do) and then she blamed the long line on the fact that I asked thing to me removed. Please have a word with your staff this is no need for this .

I went in Superdrug in Wood Green to buy some parfumes and I didn?t know what to buy then this lady called Mirela approached me and she help me a lot she was so kind and friendly. I would definitely come back again. I Highly recommend to go to her as she is so helpful.

It was ok. Just like every Superdrag in UK no much choice in men NIVEA deodorant choice! Why is that Superdrug? Why only two different NIVEA deodorants? Also, none of the plant-based shower gel. Just poor

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I was racially profiled in this store by an older Asian man who demanded I pay for a product that was already open on the shelf and was faulty - he told me I was not allowed to take anything else off of the shelf and that the product I had picked up was 'not a tester' even though a whole row of products along the self had been opened and tested by other customers yet they had not received the same treatment. I was then followed around the store, and he said on his radio for staff to follow me and my 15 year old sister, which made her very uncomfortable. They told me I was unable to leave the store until I had paid for a product that I hadn't even opened and used - another customer did previously and why am I going to pay for a product that has been opened and used by somebody else??...0 ratings. Racist.

I come to this Superdrug brunch every other day but I will never go back after my last visit. I was served by Marinela who showed her attitude even before starting to serve me. She was rude to me, and to top it all she accused me of lying when I repeated her 3 TIMES that I have NOT use my beauty card. You don?t ask customers 3 times the same question and doubting their answers. This is not professional.I just decided to leave my items and left. Went to Boots instead and was served by friendly member of staff.If i could give 0 start, i would rate this store 0. The staff really need to have some training.
