Had an eye test here and chooses new glasses. I think the eye assistant name was Navia, she was really helpful and nice person. She explained everything to me and was very careful with the measuring. I ordered my glasses and it?ll take one week for them to arrive. Not many options for glasses but the selection is very modern and you can find popular styles

I visited the Wood Green Specsavers store this week and god bless Kristina for her friendly and helpful customer service 10/10. However, when I asked another member of staff if I could speak to the manager called Amie it seemed as if she was not bothered to approach me nor help me at all. What a joke!

Took a pair of glasses in for repair over a month ago. No one called to let me know they were ready had to go in and follow up. After, I politely asked a guy if they repair scratches on lenses at all for him to say ?nah? and walk off. Found him quite rude.

I'm so unhappy here. The last time I came for an eye test, the woman who tested my eyes was very unhappy and didn't want to help at all. I could tell by her face and tone of voice. Why do you work there? If you don't want to help us, please quit your job and sit at home unhappy, you shouldn't be working anywhere. We're coming because we have a problem with our eyes; this is a serious issue. I felt terrible.
Mir, who tried to help me there, was very attentive and caring. I thank her very much, but unfortunately, the woman who performed my eye exam did not make me happy at all.
