I came into lloyds today after an anxious week for myself personally, following my phone being stolen. I had the privelege of being served by 2 wonderful gentlemen in the name of Faizan and Subhan. They helped me in resetting my internet banking for both halifax and my business for lloyds. i am so grateful. Would definetly recommend this branch to anyone.

I came in last week and was served by a wonderful gentleman subaan who was working at the front desk. He helped me renew my savings account and opened a new credit card for me which i desperately needed. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and i overall had a great experience at this branch. Would love to be served by him again.

Rude and unprofessional staff, They never open at 9:00am, but they kick you out 5-10 min before closing. Today the lady was on her phone until 09:03 then finally she opened the branch

The worst customer service ever, the manager at Business enquiries didn?t even look at me while asking for help, then he listened and I had to stand he never asked me to sit, after 5m talking standing and he looks like he didn?t care about my business issue, I asked him to have a sit and he said ok. I tried my best to explain to him my situation
1 he didn?t listen well so I had to explain the same multiple times
2 he had been very rude
3 when I left I even said ?thanks for your help anyway bye?. He didn?t even moved the head up to look at me or saying something. I then told him I would leave a bad review as is very unprofessional ignoring a client in this way from beginning to the end.
I?m disgusted about what happened. I?ve been treated as an animal. Not even.
I?ll change branch as I never had this issues with Lloyds but there is always a first time

Never go to this branch the male staff is so frustrating and being rude to the customers. He is yelling to the customer acting as the boss of Lloyd?s. Please Lloyd?s at least take the staff who can handle the customer and there needs apart from that it?s just a building with no use.

Absolutely disgraceful service at this branch! A South Asian male staff member blatantly lied, claiming I was missing documents when I had everything in order. When I confronted him with the truth, he denied it to my face and flat-out refused to assist me. Meanwhile, a white woman with short hair just stood there, listening, contributing absolutely NOTHING. What kind of customer service is this? Your staff are incompetent, unhelpful, and a complete disgrace to the bank. I have already filed a formal complaint with the Financial Ombudsman, and I will make sure everyone knows how unprofessional this branch is. Train your employees properly or get rid of them!

Received terrible service from Subhan today at the Wood Green branch.
I came for a very straightforward ID check with all the required documents. Subhan was very unhelpful and refused to process my request. After I insisted, he made me wait until the branch closing time and finally asked me to leave.
I will have to try my luck in a different branch as this one is hopeless.

I opened an account, they sent my card, but I can't use the card because the document I gave for address confirmation is not accepted, the account is opened, the card is coming, but I can't use it, wood green lloyds is a complete disaster!

I?m writing this because of the nightmare I?ve been put through by your bank. This past summer, I faced a family emergency where my mother was hospitalized, and in those critical moments, my account was blocked due to a supposed ?suspicious transactions.? This happened precisely when I needed access to my own funds, yet I was cut off, told to call you to resolve the issue ? and was left helpless because I didn?t have money for an international call.
I had to sign up for a £22/month calling plan just to spend half day on hold trying to resolve this. On top of that, I couldn?t even go back to a pay-as-you-go plan, which forced me to give up my number altogether.
I finally managed to regain access to my account, and now, it?s blocked again?! It?s beyond outrageous. I had to sell my own tablet just yesterday because I couldn?t even use my Lloyds banking app to access my wallet app to use NFC to pay for food. Your outdated technology, constant app logouts, and requirement to ?verify? every transaction have made me afraid of relying on Lloyds ? I can?t live in fear of being cut off from my money in emergencies.
Until I can be assured that my account will not be blocked at your whim ? especially when I need it most ? I?m not putting another penny toward my account. Your unreliable system and lack of support have caused me serious financial harm and endless stress. I?m seriously considering leaving Lloyds and finding a bank that can offer reliable, accessible, and up-to-date services without forcing me into an endless cycle of restrictions.
Lloyds can't make free calls for it's customers, you put me in a unresolvable loop! Must I go in more debt to call you for unblock my app?

I had a fantastic experience at Lloyds, and I want to acknowledge the staff for their outstanding service. The security guard did an excellent job of managing the queue, paying attention to who was next, and keeping everything running smoothly.
