I don?t normally bother writing a negative review but the person serving me (Thursday 13.30pm) was so rude I?m posting this so she might get more training. She took my toastie out of the oven and left it on the side while she proceeded to serve 2 more people at the till. When I went up to ask for it she was very dismissive saying she was serving someone, so I asked if she could put it in again as it had been left to get cold. Then she told two colleagues about this, pointing at me!!! The more senior lady then brought it to me with a professional attitude.

Staff was friendly, asked me how my day was which is very rare these days. Told me about his day, told me he came from school to his job. Very nice guy !

Lovely hot cup of hot chocolate and friendly service. If you like to sit in filthy tables this is the place for you. They need to clean as the day progresses but nobody does and they don?t even leave spray and tissue so you can do it yourself. Won?t be drinking my hot chocolate in this filth again

It's a nice space, coffee is lovely. But become expensive now to drink Starbucks often. Just visiting very occasionally.

Sitting here for fifteen minutes while tables remain uncleared. Two staff members on duty busily serving customers but no attention is paid to the multiple dirty tables. Is this bad management or just reflects the priorities to make money over quality of service?

Our usual go to Starbucks however on this occasion Miguel made this a terrible experience we ordered through the Starbucks app and waited 27 minutes for our drinks and then we got shouted at by him saying it was not his fault, and all we asked for is for some sort of apology. Ordered at 15:11 on 15/09/24

Ordered the matcha cream frappachino, they did not give me the cream on top. I did not say no whipped cream, they just didn't put it in. Hit and miss. When you are already having a bad day and wanted a pick me up, they didn't even give me whipped cream. Sad times.

Would give zero stars if I could, absolutely disgusted with what I witnessed today older women staff members treating younger girl worker like dirt! Accident happened 2 people burnt one was rushed out the back and the other told to get on with her job! Senior staff disgusting call yourself a manager you need better people skills and care Starbucks should be ashamed to employ vile staff members that bully young girls! Very disturbing to witness no care whatsoever and young girls left crying and distraught, you should be ashamed!
