Packs quite a lot in to a smaller store, but the shelves are often completely empty. Shame.

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. It is clean and well stocked. Maybe they should stop moving the products aisle

Avoid using as a location for Argos pickup.If I have not ask the cashier probably no one would be picking it up for me hence customer service is pretty poor !

It was mine first time visit as I had drive my brother and sister in law after a long hospital visit. Staff and security guard are very friendly and knowledgeable in where stuff are. I had a 3 star as there are products and produce they wanted are not available. I can only guess it's a small branch/store. Parking is convenient and spaces are plenty. Also, toilet facilities are good and as my brother urgently needed to use one as he was in medication.

Okish. Not a lot of stuff compared to bigger stores. That said, the staff are very friendly including the security!

Going from bad to worse! The car park is getting smaller and the isles are getting narrower. And the Smart Shopping app keeps changing so it takes ages to log back in every time. This is a small Sainsbury's for quick essential shopping so I would expect to get in, buy what I need, pay and be out quickly, something that seems very difficult lately.

Shout out to the lovely staff here. I had the worst day with awful news and had been crying- when I saw the layout had changed it sent me over the edge because I couldn?t find anything where it usually was, full on sobbing and it didn?t phase them at all. They spoke to me and showed me the aisle I needed and checked in with me to make sure I would be okay- lovely people and if either of them see this, thank you for your kind words and for looking after me, I hope you have the best day and that good things come your way- 26/06/23 around 20:30

I had asked the staff where to find a specific product, and I was told to go and look for it myself. Note this was by two separate staff members and two separate occasions so staff customer service definitely needs some work.

Not big enough for a big family shop but convenient nevertheless, however staff are unhelpful and unprofessional, the store is never very well stocked with empty shelves being the norm.

Everything has short shelf life and staff seem grumpy there are some happy ones ask a question and just get grumpy answer some go out of there way but unfortunately most not happy say morning or goodnight most times you just get a look I have stopped spending so much there now I go other places now but I pop in now and then maybe for milk something basic no more 250£ shops for me now not there think the place could do with freshen up and no WiFi either which can cause problem if need transfer money their answer is go stand outside coffee shop I mean why don't they have WiFi available I mean down load app no good if no WiFi and can't get signal to use data either dissapionting

I have used this shop since it opened, it is excellent or rather has been excellent. I do not like self or automated check-outs. One might bee spending £100 or more (a week) and have to wait ages to pay it, it is ridiculous, open more check-out lanes.

Some roudestaff wasn't happy because the weighing machine at the till wasn't working and made s big deal because I hadn't weighed items myself. Very bad customer service.
