Absolutely disappointing Christmas for my self and my family. I will not promote Argos to any of my friends and family.Useless staff, nobody could help even though it was not my fault. I changed the collection shops several times in order to obtain items on the same day, however after check out the email gave separate days for collection.I came into the store to ask for guidance and I was met by "there's nothing we can do" all the way.I went outside, because there's no signal in the store, and spent 30 min in chat box and maybe another 30-40 min on the phone with Argos staff and met the same " there's nothing we can do", although I mentioned there were two stores that have the product and I was willing to go there my self. The answer was NO all the way. I asked for a change and maybe as a service recovery option, considering that it was Argos App fault, I asked to change to a delivery instead of collection so I can stay at home in peace. Again I was met with a "NO".

I bought a suitcase as a Christmas present for my fiance. When I picked it up from the store I noticed the box had been opened and sealed again, but I didn't think much about it as I thought probably someone had returned the item, no biggie. When my fiance opened his present, he naturally explored the suitcase sliding the wheels a couple of times on our wooden floor. He didn't like it, and we put it back in the box. When we went to return it, I was told by the staff member "This has been used my love" with an arrogance in her voice. I explained it hasn't been used and the only thing we did was unpack it roll the wheels a couple of times and put it back in the box. She was pointing at the wheels saying it was clearly used and showing me what was a tiny bit of dust on the wheels which I swiped with my finger and I explained this most likely came to me this way as I haven't even got that much dust that it will leave a mark. She insisted that I had to clean the wheels before I bring the item for return. She said I didn't receive it in this way from them. I tried to explain that she had no way of knowing how I received the item, and I had no way of knowing what's in the box before I had paid for the item which she was now refusing to take back. I assured her that I will no longer be shopping at Argos because of her, to which she smiled arrogantly, and happily gave me her name when I asked Anusha. Her badge said she was a store manager and this happened at Argos, Winchmore Hill, 681 Green Lanes, London N21. After this I managed to return the item in another store but definitely not planning to shop in Argos where they strip you off your basic consumer rights! Unbelievable

I went in the store on Monday , and the customer service from Roniya and Lekaa was the best i have ever received so kind and helpful!!!

Anusha, the manager appears to have done it again. She is clearly determined to ruin the customer services reputation Argos have so tirelessly worked to build. Went to return a two day old iron and the undermining of every word I said was beyond acceptable. Felt like I was being told off like a child.She then went on to say, my reasons were because I had changed my mind and not the steam function and dekyed heating issues that i stated. Basically calling me a liar! The audacity of treating a customer like that! My goodness!To add insult to the injury, the person behind me had an iron to exchange as well and got that done seamlessly! Looks like 'Anusha' hand picks people on who she would make their experience unpleasant.Anyway Argos on the A10, reinstated my belief in great Customer services. Ellie refunded my money with happy and pleasant attitude.Hopefully Argos will either train Anisha on how to deal with people with respect or maybe give her job away from.customer facing duties.

Excellent branch and great location.You order online or in store. If items are not in stock it's usually only a matter of one day before the delivery comes.Long opening hours. Parking.Very good.

Visited the store yesterday as I had an issue with an item that needed replacing. Lekaa assisted immediately, without issue and made the whole processes stress free. Amazing customer service!!

Experienced poor service from the lady serving me yesterday. I collected a large white appliance from the store and the service was awful. They refused to give me a trolley to wheel to the car park due to health and safety. Never had this problem in the past.

It is literally impossible to make a complaint so please deal with this on here.I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the bad customer service I received at your Argos store located at Winchmore Hill, Green Lanes, N21. On Tuesday 20th June at approximately 1300hrs, I visited your store to return an item with transaction ID 20230609 / 420 / 81 / 21373. However, I was extremely disappointed with the way your employee Jackie dealt with my concerns.I explained to Jackie that the item did not work for me and could indicate that the item was faulty. Jackie refused to accept the return, citing that the box had been opened. When I requested to speak with the shift manager, Shaan also provided me with the same information as Jackie. During the conversation, I was deeply offended when Jackie called me a liar when stated that I have changed my innitial reason for the return, which is not true. Jacky only suggestion was to go back to the Wood Green Argos where I purchased the item was not helpful at all.I understand the need for your staff to follow shop policies, but I do not believe it is acceptable for any member of staff to abuse and offend customers in such a way. I expected the members of staff to assist me with the issue, and try to provide solutions rather than simply telling me to go back to the store where I purchased the item.I would like to know the steps taken against Jackie regarding their unprofessional behaviour. I believe it is essential for your management team to address this type of behaviour to maintain customer satisfaction and trust.

Appalling service from Anusha the manager. Would not make eye contact, asked me if I was thick and told me to get out of her store. She shouted through the store after me to never come back, swearing under her breath. The other sainsburys staff apologised and said there was nothing they can do as she is an Argos employee. Honestly she is mentally ill and needs some help.

Anusha the supposed "manager" is a joke. Condescending tone and no idea how to do her job. I bought an item from Argos, it's faulty. They refuse a refund and say that I need to go to the manufacturer first when it's simply not the case after confirming twice.

FIRE ANUSHA!! A horrible 'store manager' with zero etiquette and an accusatory person. I purchased a TV a week ago, took a day out of the office today to install the TV and to do general works around around my house. It?s important to note that I was in a tracksuit. I installed the TV, turned the TV on, the TV was working fine but suddenly stopped working. I tested the plug, which was working and so I assumed the TV was faulty. Hence, I returned the TV to the store as Argos guides you to do so, given that I purchased it a week ago.There were some of the white packaging on the TV when I took it out to show Anusha, at which point she instantly ACCUSED ME OF BRINGING IN A DIFFERENT TV! She was genuinely trying to say to me that the TV I returned was another TV?! The serial number is printed on the box!When I showed the ?store manager? that the TV seriel number was the same as the seriel number on the box, she back tracked and then insisted I leave and speak with LG. What kind of customer service is this!I employ more people that that entire Argos branch, and would NEVER treat my team or clients in such a disgusting way. Honestly, a horrible store manager, she will be a poison to the rest of the business I assure you.I will get my refund, and will pursue this as much as I need to ? ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL and an egomaniac.

The worker Ronya helped me out alot she was very polite she gave the best customer service i could ever want i will definitely come back again to do more shopping.
