On 5th July 2025, I had an incredible experience at Tesco thanks to two amazing employees ? a gentleman named Hawy (or Havy) and a lady named Shazzy. Their service was absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond to help me and showed true kindness, professionalism, and dedication.
They didn?t just meet expectations ? they exceeded them. God bless them both! ?
I really hope their manager sees this review. They truly deserve recognition ? and honestly, a bonus wouldn't be out of place. It?s people like Hawy and Shazzy who make Tesco a great place to shop.

I usually shop at Tesco almost every day, but this week I had a really disappointing experience.
I was in a hurry and grabbed two packs of roast beef without checking the expiry date. When I got to the checkout, I saw a discounted sticker and thought that was fine. But once I got back to work, I realised both packs had expired the day before.
I went back to the store and the staff were quite rude. They said that since it was discounted, that was expected ? but the product was in the normal fridge section?Also, expired food shouldn?t be on sale at all.
At the customer service till, I asked to check how much I paid for the discounted roast beef, but they refused to show me the original receipt. They only gave me the refund receipt and kept repeating, ?This is your proof, this is your proof.?
Very disappointing customer service, rude and unhelpful. I wouldn?t expect this from Tesco at all, but unfortunately, it happened.

I tried to buy alcohol tonight and am 23 for the reference, although they were being precarious, they thought my real driving liscence was a fake and threatened to snap it. It was a real for reference and stopped me and took it from me: I now have to apply for an id and have no alcohol for the eve so that is fab..

Plenty of shopping choice that converges on the worst check out system imaginable. Self scans that can?t fit a basket load in. 10-15 scan spots crammed into a tiny alcove and machines that don?t work half the time. Literally the most frustrating place to shop at.

I just been racially profiled in this store by the security agent . And I not the first time , I regularly shop to this store and each time I got they?re we?re I got the security agent is there.Today that was so ridiculous, I walk in store , the security agent was at the door, than followed me with a small shopping basket pretending do shopping, I when came to self service till , the security disappeared, soon I finished pay I came out and look in direction of store and saw the security back to where is was when I walk in .This disgusting and I could sue the store for racial discrimination and profiling.I can?t believe in this day big company like Tesco employees people like this.I don wish to shop in this store again but if I do I will film this behavior and share this in social media so people can see it , than will sue tTesco has your are responsible if people working in your building.This behavior is called systemic racism if you don?t know.I urged anyone you read this review to come forward and share your experience here.

Worst self service checkouts in any supermarket, scanners barely work. You?re forced to scan club card by Tesco so they need to fix it.

Disappointing that it is a Tesco express when it comes to pricing but a large store for opening hours. Like all Tesco stores, it would be an idea to stick sandwiches before lunchtime. Oh and like so many supermarkets check the prices, in Wimbledon it seems to be a thing of till having much higher pricing than those advertised

Great store, they very few staff they have are super friendly and helpfulWhy do all stores require you to now pay by card on all the self service machines.I don?t often come into this store but I came in on Saturday when it was busy I had to wait in a long line just because I was paying cash.I hope this changes by the next time I visit otherwise I will be leaving plenty more foul reviews.TESCO need to sort it out

Train your staff better. Just got racially profiled by your cashier accusing me of not paying for an item I bought, in front of her, many witnesses and a CCTV camera. The incident was aggravating, and highly highly distressing. I will he pursuing this further and filing an official complaint.
