Very rude customer service! The man who was serving me didn?t know how to process returns and refunds and therefore decided to be rude to me and tell me that they can?t process return! Instead of at least trying to help and investigate. In the end, my persistence won and he attempted to process the return and it worked! Magic!

I went into tesco today as my little sister was hurt and feel over and was bleeding I asked if they had a first aid kit and the lady in there was very unhelpful my younger sister was bleeding and it dripping down her leg but the employee did not care very unhelpful and upsetting but went nexted door to costa who happily helped us.

I'm beyond disappointed from the poor service offered regarding EVRI at this Tesco store. Some places shouldn't be collection points if they don't train their staff for it. EVRI collection points system is beyond bad. Last night, September 16th, the assistant didn't even recheck the system, just told me the system is down. I know this happens but usually the assistants recheck, restart the handset and the system gets back to work or at least they make an effort but now there is this Guy that couldn't care less. Unfortunately when I came back today the same guy was there with the same attitude he didn't even make an effort of looking for my parcel or taking a look at the tracking status I received. He said his name was Sadhi but he wasn't wearing a name tag so who knows. It is just really frustrating that unapologetic attitude that it isn't their business to help at all.
