Do you like getting told your prescription has not arrived from the surgery even though it was sent a week ago & then when you come back you are told their computers are down? Do you like having this happen every time show show up, month after month? Do you like being treated rudely? Then this is the place for you. Would give 0 starts if possible.

staff really need disability training they stared at me like i was an alien didn?t belive i was over 16 (im 21 i showed them my id) but also didn?t actually check my id when i gave it to them and kept repeating i had to be over 16 while looking at me like i was a freak it?s shocking to see in 2025 people still don?t know how to speak to a disabled person without being rude

Pharmacy phone service here has sadly declined over the last 6-12 months though it used to be good, now inconsistent. Perhaps poor telephone training? Now often not bothering to speak clearly, not helpful or responsive making it hard to interact. Switched to Superdrug some years ago because Boots used to be even worse! May try
elsewhere but hope there is an improvement soon.

SUCH RUDE STAFF! Staff shouting to each other to ?get them out? talking about customers at 6.58pm. I only went in as the website said it closed at 7.30pm. I politely let the woman know it said that and she shouted at me that the opening hours are on the door. Can?t believe how rudely they were treating everyone left on the shop as it was closing! Other reviews the same. Most shops closing in the centre so they need better customer service to stop this happening here too.

dreadful - went in there to pick up some products from the pharmacy. Only one person serving, small queue developing. They'd given someone the wrong medication and he was arguing with them about it.
10 minutes later, they finished, by which time the queue had grown, and in sweltering hot conditions I thought I was going to pass out.

What's worst than Superdrug in Hounslow? The one in Wimbledon.
Rude staff, they are behaving like they are working there as a part of punishment. Asked for anything is like asking a gunman for life.
Rude manager, didn't even bothered to check stock for me.
Prices are always wrong, or not updated, free gifts are out even if you spend money on makeup or other beauty products.
Sticky products, waiting ages to pay.
You should learn from your neighbours at Boots! Always helpful and ready to help.

I went to this shop during my break. To check out their new perfumes to see if I would like any and buy. I?m a club member of Superdrug by the way. The Lady old me point blank why I?m I trying the tester on myself. And that if I?m not buying it I shouldn?t try the tester. I was very quiet and I left. May be from how I looked to her I can?t afford it. It?s a damn shame? I was so embarrassed, I thanked her and left?. I will go to another shop where I would be welcomed. Henceforth I will never spend my money at this shop ever again

0 stars. Horrible store manager who pounces on customers at the sound of them shopping the aisles. Argued with me to say they'd prefer I buy the wrong item and bring it back to throw away than open a product to check the colour or smell. Avoid and go to boots

Walked in for a flu jab, not realising you were supposed to book online. Shanthi, the Pharmacy Manager was very accomodating, she fit me in despite being busy and made time to see me so I didn't have to come back another day. She was very friendly, and lovely to talk to. I really appreciated being able to get my flu jab ticked off my to do list, thanks so much!

Prescription sent here from GP. Gave it 5 days before I went in to collect. ?Don?t have it in stock? - a bit strange as they?ve been sitting on this script for 5 days why hasn?t it been ordered? Went back another 5 days later and still not in stock. Asked for the print out and collected elsewhere. Completely takes the convenience out of having the script sent directly from the GP.
