Bought a zinger meal and the chicken wasn?t cooked properly. Normally I never have problems but the meal was prepped in 2 seconds. Won?t be ordering again!

In the evening, I went to buy a chicken sandwich with six chicken wings, but the waiter gave me a chicken ball instead of telling me no. I checked the food and found that what I was given was wrong, so I asked the waiter to give me another one. The manager of the floor came out and argued with me, why did I give me a chicken ball instead of telling me no when I ordered 2. Immediately after a local asked if there was chicken sandwich, the result was beyond my expectation, the floor manager immediately told me no, at that time I thought to myself is this racial discrimination? Why are we treated differently when we are Asians, living in the same sky and breathing the same air? Why do we have such different eyes and discriminate against people from other countries?

Terrible service and attitude we went in at 11.15 at night closes at 12 and they were very abrupt and customer service was terrible.

I?ve visited this KFC location a few times, hoping for a better experience each time, but unfortunately, the service and cleanliness remain consistently disappointing. There?s an older Asian woman behind the desk who is particularly unfriendly and impolite. She never says thank you, throws the food at you, and if you ask for anything, she looks at you like you?re a nuisance. Her attitude is quite off-putting.
On top of that, I normally go on weekdays during lunchtime, and the place is disgustingly unclean. Tables are left dirty and unattended, and the trash bins are always overflowing because they aren?t emptied often enough.
I understand that this is a fast-food restaurant, and I don?t expect royal treatment, but a basic level of respect and cleanliness should be a given.
I?ve given this place multiple chances on different days, thinking everyone can have a bad day, but her demeanor has been consistently negative. Clearly, she seems unhappy with her job and it shows. For the sake of the customers and the restaurant?s reputation, it might be best if she considers a different line of work.
