Appalling customer service - no one picks up when you call them and click 2 to speak with their Team. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE and they don't pick up your collection from DPD!
Don't even bother. Embarrassingly bad from EE.

Absolute disgusting customer service. Worst ever seen. My mother and sister went to the store on the 31st to get an IPad Air for my sister starting sixth form soon and she explicitly asked for an iPad Air. The young lady serving her called Hannah gave her an A16 IPad and pretended it was the air. When my sister got home she started opening the box and noticed they gave her the wrong one so I told her to just go and get it swapped. Today 01/08/2025, she went into the store TWICE. The first time and completely ignored her and served other customers that came AFTER her. Even the other clients argued on her behalf saying she came first but they still ignored her. This was between 13:00 and 13:45. Then around 18:30 she went again and some guy called Robert blamed HER for getting the wrong iPad and said he wasn?t going to swap it until she speaks with Hannah. Another member of staff working there even confirmed that my sister was there and got served the wrong iPad by Hannah but Robert still kept blaming and being incredibly disrespectful. We will be back to get Robert and Hannah?s mistake fixed and we hope the customer service won?t be as disgusting. (Update: 02/08/2025). Just went into the store, was greeted by Cameron who was very nice and professional but it turns out whoever that Robert guy was, lied about his name cause they don?t have anyone named Robert there. Cameron reassured me the mistake will be fixed as long as the account holder is present which is great but again, whoever lied and said his name was Robert, filthy filthy person.

Booked an on-site screen repair using the online booking service which was confirmed twice by sms. However when I arrived, I was told the only option was to send the phone to the Oxford Street store. The salesman just gave a cursory apology and said there was nothing they could do to alter or stop the online booking system.

I don?t typically leave reviews, but this one is certainly well-deserved. During my visit to the EE store in Wimbledon, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Amzy, who provided exceptional service. Within an hour, he resolved the Wi-Fi issues I had been experiencing both for my studio as well as my personal mobile and home network. Additionally, he efficiently set up all the new routers and phones for me. Amzy's outstanding service certainly merits recognition, and as a result, EE has gained a loyal customer for life.

I was visiting London (visiting from Canada) my Samsung mobile phone charger broke. I came into this EE location to hopefully buy a new charger. The staff were so super amazing and really helped me out and I was able to buy a new charger for my mobile phone.
I am so grateful to the staff here for helping me out and saving me on my wonderful trip to London.

Went into the store to upgrade one of my contracts but due to a mistake on their behalf my address hadn't been updated correctly the previous time I was in the store was told it would take 24 hours to update and I could come back after that if I still wanted the item. Wasted 45 mins of my time with no apologies for the inconvenience so left the store and cancelled the contract instead.
