Appalling customer service - no one picks up when you call them and click 2 to speak with their Team. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE and they don't pick up your collection from DPD!

Absolute disgusting customer service. Worst ever seen. My mother and sister went to the store on the 31st to get an IPad Air for my sister starting sixth form soon and she explicitly asked for an iPad Air.
