I cannot believe how this place stays open - incredibly rude and unhelpful staff. I was going to buy a huge amount of paint but the ?can?t help you mate? attitude left me totally high and dry as I needed some guidance which the guy clearly didn?t want to give. He just brushed me off and told me to go and flick through a colour book. The place was total chaos also, lots of dissatisfied customers. Avoid!

Incredibly helpful to non trade customers.
Vincent (I think) offered us lots of advice about their products, and what would be the best solution for our renovation project. Also gave us lots of advice that went above and beyond talking about dulux products, which helped us make the best decisions.
We will definitely go back when we need any other decorating supplies.

Excellent service from the team at this branch. They have staff that really know the decorating industry, not just another member for sales. If you have any questions, they are happy to answer. They don?t rush you through the service to make sure you understand everything and know what you are getting. Satisfied customer from staff that care about their customers.

My husband usually goes here to mix up paints . They have a good palette and they can mix all colors what he needed until now. Kind staff , they are very helpful too. They always have free parking spaces available too.
