Not the best to be honest.
I purchased a set of second hand ear-phones
They did not work, they did not charge.
When I went to return them they stated that they would have to be tested prior to any refund
I ask why we're not tested prior to being sold robustly and why should i be further inconvenienced due to their procedures.
Not at all happy and the probability of future custom is zero.

Amazing service offered in this store.
I bought a PS5 not realising exactly how big it would be until I got home. I also didn?t realise the ps5 slim was available in a disc version and only £25 more.
I took the console Straight back to the store which they had to then retest before trading back in to sort my new console for me.
It was getting near the end of the day and they could easily just sent me away and told me to come back tomorrow. Yet even with a lot going on and a few Fairly demanding customers Ahead of me in the queue, they still pushed on to get my console sorted for me before they closed the store.
Would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

Took a laptop in which is practically brand new only trying to sell because i barely use it they tested and turned it down because of battery was not good got home to see why and they had tested it on a gaming mode ofc the battery would go down quick if not plugged in.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with CeX. They claimed to have contacted me regarding my order, but my call logs show no record of any missed or unknown calls. When I asked for proof, they admitted they couldn?t provide any, which makes me believe the calls never happened.
If I hadn?t contacted them myself, I would have lost my item due to their policy, which states uncollected items are eventually disposed of. This raises serious concerns about how many other customers have lost their goods due to similar mishandling.
CeX?s customer service was dismissive, and their lack of accountability is shocking. I have collected my item and will not be doing business with them again. I?ll also be reporting this issue to Trading Standards to ensure others don?t go through the same frustrating experience.
Avoid this company if you value honesty and good customer service.

Absolutely useless staff take I items that list thay bye but don't no how to test get told to come back next do..next day now get told need to take custom parts off so do so then get told thay need to re test and gona take 3 hours what a joke very rude especially the manager wouldn't bother attempting to go here go morden or tooting
